Chris is the Managing Director of McCarter Grespan and chair of the corporate practice group.

With a practice focused on business law and business succession, Chris provides clients with practical solutions in the areas of business negotiations, business structures and agreements, mergers and acquisitions, technology and intellectual property, corporate financing, and intergenerational transition planning.
Having completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree in addition to his law degree, Chris now combines his knowledge of business, finance, and law to build professional relationships that benefit his clients and their businesses. Over his career, he has advised clients in private placements of securities, corporate reorganizations, the acquisition and disposition of shares and business assets, and the licensing and protection of intellectual property. Clients trust Chris to provide them with exceptional service and high-caliber results.

Chris joined McCarter Grespan as an Associate in 2007 and became a partner in 2020. Since his first day, he has embraced the firm’s culture of teamwork and open collaboration, earning him the trust and respect of his colleagues and the business and technology communities.
