Holly’s diverse group of clients benefit from her widening experience, deep understanding and appreciation for the intricacies of wills, trusts and power of attorney processes. She works closely with her clients, to ensure that their estate and wealth management plans and documents reflect unique personal, family and business situations while also implementing advantageous tax strategies. Also practicing in business law, Holly offers thoughtful approaches to the complexities involved in business succession planning.
Holly takes a knowledgeable and compassionate approach to estate administration, recognizing the importance of explaining the process in a way that her clients understand. She also advises on risk mitigation for estate trustees.
Born and raised in Kitchener, Holly is proud to have the same ties to Waterloo Region that so many of her clients do. She remains active in the community by volunteering with the Kitchener Minor Hockey Association and being a member of the Waterloo-Wellington Estate Planning Council. Since her call to the bar, Holly has partnered with several businesses to provide free legal seminars on estate planning and estate administration, both locally and in remote areas of northern Ontario.
