Jeffrey Einhorn

Jeff enjoys advocating on behalf of his clients, working hard to earn their trust, and guiding their business transactions to the finish line. As a corporate solicitor, Jeff focuses primarily on business law including share and asset purchases and sales as well as mergers and acquisitions. He thrives on matters where he can advise clients on purchases and sales that they are very passionate about, taking a matter from the initial business negotiations to the closing of the transaction in a timely fashion. He likes the collaborative aspects of this work, helping clients establish mutually beneficial deals that meet or exceed their expectations.

Jeff also works with corporations, business leaders, and individuals, assisting them with incorporation and reorganization through asset or share purchases and sales, taking care to address the intricacies of these deals with regard to the client’s needs.

Having originally come to the Kitchener-Waterloo region from Alberta on a hockey scholarship to the University of Waterloo, Jeff has returned to this region after attending law school at the University of Alberta. Jeff has established roots in the community and is proud to call the Kitchener-Waterloo region his home.
