Stuart is the chair of McCarter Grespan’s real estate practice group.
Stuart specializes and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of real estate law, particularly in commercial property acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, financing, and development. He has developed a particular interest and expertise in commercial leasing where he acts for both commercial landlords and tenants in the retail, office, and industrial context. Stuart is also experienced in structuring development and ownership structures, such as partnerships, limited partnerships, corporations, trusts, and co-ownerships.
Stuart has a passion for advocacy, problem-solving, and strategy and enjoys setting a goal with his clients, visualizing the actualization process, and making it a reality through guidance and practical solutions.
